Happy Mondays

28 Feb

Tomorrow is the first official day of spring and this last week I did finally see some daffodils pop up.  In England this is a definitive sign that spring is on its way.

I imagine that outside of the UK people think British people are just a wee bit too keen about the weather but it really is amazing what a difference the change of season makes when you feel like you have spent the last six months living in the dark.

I was hoping to get some photos of daffodils yesterday to post along with this blog but though the weather started off beautiful and sunshiny by the late morning it had descended into greyness and pouring rain.  Hopefully, I will get a chance to have some practice this week/weekend while working around my first essay for my masters course and can post some later this week.

This is just an old photo that looks sunshiny and spring-like.

I also have a bit of a cold and these bright colours make me feel happier.

I love daffodils, have you seen any yet? I hope you feel better soon.

Yeah they are definitely out and about, just need to get out with camera.

Here is your chance to say something lovely or interesting or wise. Please do, I love hearing from you.
